It is not the inspector’s purpose to be in conflict with any other organization, association or individual, but rather completely impartial for the client’s benefit by providing a thorough and accurate inspection in all specific areas requested.

An inspection is not an insurance policy or a warranty against future repairs. After the inspection, there is a much clearer understanding of what is involved, what to expect, and where the buying decision can be made with greater confidence.
