Jeff Rothberg (President) started J.R. Inspection Services Inc. in February 1986 after a very successful career in the Building Restoration Construction Business in Connecticut. He has been a resident of Palm Beach County for 30 years.

Jeff holds a State of Florida license as a building inspector (BN# 2548), Certified Pest Control Operator (JF# 8561 Termite and Wood Destroying Organism), Roofing Contractor (#CCC018975 ia) He is also a Certified Mold Assessor and a  Registered Professional Inspector with the Florida Association Building Inspectors (RPI # 25 ) Jeff has been inspecting homes that range from 600 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft .He also inspects Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings, Medical Buildings, and Shopping Centers throughout Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and Dade County. Jeff is considered the “Top Dog” in the home inspection industry. 
 
 

Greg Rothberg (Vice President) has been performing inspections on Condo’s, Homes, and Commercial Buildings etc. for 13 years. He has earned the respect from his peers, as well as from building officials, buyers, sellers, and realtors.

Greg holds a State of Florida license as a Certified Pest Control Operator (JF# 104076 Termite and Wood Destroying Organism), is a Registered Professional Inspector with the Florida Association Building Inspectors (RPI # 258) Certified Indoor Environmentalist with the American Indoor Air Quality Council (# 01333).  
 

When Mold started to become an issue, Jeff and Greg diversified the business to become one of the leading forces in the Mold Assessment Industry as they did in The Building Inspection Business. They both have worked with Insurance Companies, Private Adjusters, Homeowners, Investors, and Business owners rectifying mold situations.
